Order and commission information
The app reads paid order line values, discounts, refunded or removed quantities, order tags and discount codes. It stores rep configuration and rate history, order attribution, commission events, payout records and their audit information.
Customer information and access
The app requests read-only order access within Shopify's normal 60-day window. It does not query customer names, emails, telephone numbers or addresses, and does not change Shopify orders or transfer money.
Hosting and privacy handling
The backend runs on Google Cloud with Firestore for app records and server-side sessions. Uninstall stops processing. Implemented customer redaction removes order linkage and prevents reimport; shop redaction removes the shop's app records, sessions and receipts.
