Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for the early-access version of RenewalHub SA, in plain language. We aim to align with POPIA (South Africa's data-protection law) and may update this policy as the product evolves.

Data minimisation

We deliberately collect only what is needed to send useful reminders. We do not collect ID numbers, bank details, tax numbers, financial statements, contracts, medical information, or uploaded documents.

What we collect

• Your name and email
• Business name and industry
• Renewal item details (name, category, expiry date, notes)
• Responsible person name and email
• Status and reminder settings
• A log of key actions taken in your account (an audit trail), including the name and email of who did them

How we use it

We use your information to operate the service, display your dashboard, and send the reminders you configure. We keep an activity log of key actions so you — and, where applicable, your consultant or a platform administrator — can review what happened and troubleshoot. Each business's data is isolated from other businesses.
