Is RenewalHub SA giving me legal or tax advice?+
No. It is a reminder and tracking tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, compliance, accounting, insurance, or professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying and completing renewals.
What can I track?+
Anything with a date: CIPC annual returns, tax clearance, B-BBEE, COIDA, insurance, vehicle licences, equipment servicing, safety checks, domains, software, leases, supplier contracts, staff certifications, tender readiness, and custom items.
Do you store sensitive documents or ID numbers?+
No. The MVP deliberately avoids collecting documents, ID numbers, bank details, or tax numbers. We keep only the minimum needed to send a useful reminder.
How do reminders work?+
You choose how far in advance to be reminded (for example 30 and 7 days before). Reminders are sent by email to the responsible person.
Can consultants and bookkeepers manage multiple clients?+
Yes. A consultant account manages multiple client businesses from one login — each client gets its own dashboard, renewal items, templates, and reminders, plus an across-clients readiness view and reports.
