Responsible Team for Confluence
Give each Confluence page one responsible group, without changing its individual owner.
Add a Responsible Team byline to Confluence pages and review assigned or unassigned pages in a selected space.
Page responsibility, made visible
Confluence pages are owned by people. Your documentation is owned by teams.
What it does
One responsible group per page.
Show which group looks after a page and inspect coverage in a selected space. The app leaves Confluence’s individual owner unchanged.
- Assign one existing Confluence group to a page
- Show the Responsible Team in the page byline
- Change or remove an assignment
- Keep canonical group identity when names change
- Mark groups that are no longer available
- Review assigned and unassigned pages in a selected space
- Filter each report batch by group or unassigned state
- Leave Confluence’s individual page owner unchanged
In the app
See responsibility in a selected space.

Small footprint
Clear data boundaries.
Forge-hosted. Assignment data stays in a Confluence page content property. The app has no external backend, third-party egress, or analytics.
- Atlassian APIs only, using the current user’s Confluence permissions.
- No page body, user ID, or group membership list stored by the app.
- No site-wide background scan or external database.
