What is included
The current build checks published, inventory-tracked variants that stop selling when out of stock. It flags a variant only when it has positive available stock but none at an active inventory level and location that fulfills online orders.
Read the breakdown
- Review the product, variant and SKU identified by the scan.
- Inspect the positive available stock and the listed locations.
- Check whether the stock is held at an inactive location or one that does not fulfill online orders.
- Use Shopify Admin to investigate and correct the relevant stock or location setup.
Limits
Scans are requested manually. The app does not transfer stock, change location settings, predict demand or retain scan history. Refreshing clears the current results. A scan identifies a location mismatch; it does not verify every possible reason a product may be unavailable to a customer.
