Keep refund requests and approval decisions together instead of relying on scattered messages. RefundLock checks each request against your configured policies and routes it to an approver or the owner. Its controls apply to requests handled inside the app; they do not replace Shopify's native refund permissions.

Small footprint
Clear data boundaries.
Processes order and refund details, staff identifiers, app roles, policy settings, approval decisions and audit events. The core workflow does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses.

- Changed refund quotes require review again.
- Refund issuance is currently paused pending permission validation.
