Information used by the workflow
The app processes order identifiers and dates, selected items, refund amounts, prior refund information, policy-check results, notes and approval decisions. It also uses Shopify staff identifiers, app roles and session information to attribute actions.
Customer information and records
The core workflow does not request customer names, emails, telephone numbers or addresses. Refund-request and audit records have a 365-day retention period unless removed sooner by the implemented privacy or uninstall handling.
Hosting and current status
The backend and app records use Google Cloud and Firestore. Refund issuance is paused in the current build. This page describes that build's data handling; the app's public launch is still pending.
