Attribute an order
Configure a rep's commission rate and exact order-tag or discount-code matches. The app identifies unassigned orders and conflicting matches for review. Manual attribution takes precedence and can correct or clear an assignment.
Calculate commission
Only fully paid orders are eligible. The commission base uses merchandise after discounts and refunded or removed quantities, in shop currency. Gift-card lines, shipping, tax, duties and additional fees are excluded. Rate changes apply prospectively; existing order and rep rate snapshots are preserved for refund adjustments.
Track payouts
Create a payout draft from pending commission events, then record that the payout was paid. Later refunds produce separate adjustments; recorded paid payout totals stay unchanged. Negative balances carry forward. The app records payment status and does not send money to reps.
Reduce spreadsheet work
Export orders, commission events and payout records as CSV. Order access follows Shopify's normal 60-day window; this is not an unrestricted historical-order importer.
