Reminder and tracking tool only

RenewalHub SA is a reminder, workflow, and tracking tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, insurance, compliance, regulatory, or any other professional advice, and using it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. Categories, labels, templates, examples, dashboards, and reports are informational and administrative aids only.

Your responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for confirming the actual renewal requirements that apply to you.
  • You remain solely responsible for checking and verifying all renewal, expiry, compliance, filing, payment, licence, fine, and other deadlines — and for independently verifying the rules and requirements that apply.
  • You remain responsible for completing renewals, making submissions, paying fees, and maintaining licences with the relevant authority, supplier, provider, professional, or institution.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, dates, reminder settings, recipients, and renewal details you enter, and for reviewing the reminders, reports, and outputs produced from them — the app can only remind you about what you tell it.
  • You should seek professional advice where appropriate.
  • You should not rely on RenewalHub SA as your only system for managing critical deadlines, and you should keep your own backup process.

We do not verify your information

RenewalHub SA does not independently verify, audit, or check the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information you enter, and does not confirm whether your dates or obligations are correct. Outputs depend entirely on what you enter, so incorrect or incomplete information may lead to incorrect or missed reminders, reports, or dashboards.

No guarantee

  • The app does not guarantee that using it will prevent penalties, fines, missed deadlines, expired licences, lapsed contracts, lost revenue, business interruption, compliance failures, regulatory consequences, or other losses — or that renewals will be completed.
  • The app is not responsible for incorrect information or dates entered by users.
  • Email reminders are a convenience only — they are not guaranteed to be delivered, received, opened, read, or acted on, and may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or fail due to email providers, spam filters, incorrect recipient details, outages, DNS issues, third-party services, or your settings. Don't rely on automated reminders alone.

Third-party services

RenewalHub SA relies on third-party services — including hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. Their outages, delays, filtering, delivery failures, or processing issues are outside our control. Card payments are handled by Paystack, subject to Paystack's own terms and availability.

Payments & access

Paying for a plan does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be affected by outages, maintenance, payment failures, failed renewals, security issues, or account restrictions, and access may be suspended or restricted for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, or legal reasons.

Your account security

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, using a strong password, and not sharing accounts. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by weak or shared passwords, compromised devices, or third-party breaches outside our reasonable control. Templates and reports

  • Industry templates and example items are generic, illustrative starting points. They may not fit your business or legal requirements and are not legally sufficient documents. Dates created from a template are placeholders, marked "needs review" until you check and confirm each one.
  • Dashboards, reports, and exports are internal operational summaries of what you entered. They are not professional, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice, and they are not official records, certificates, or filings.

Consultants

If you use RenewalHub SA to manage renewals for clients, you remain responsible for your own client relationships and advice, and you must have authority to add and manage each client's information. You remain responsible for checking client data, instructions, and deadlines. RenewalHub SA does not supervise your work and is not responsible for your advice, omissions, missed reminders, or client outcomes.

Platform administration

RenewalHub SA's platform-administration tools are for operational support and platform management. We do not monitor any individual customer's deadlines or compliance on their behalf, and being able to view account information does not create a duty to act or to notify you about your deadlines.

By using RenewalHub SA you acknowledge and accept these limitations. The limits of our responsibility are set out in our Terms of Use.
