Order Ahead Rules is provided by RenewalHub SA. This policy explains how the app handles information when a Wix site owner installs it and configures advance-order rules for Wix Restaurants menu items.
Information the app uses
The app uses the Wix app-installation identifier, current app-plan status, menu-item IDs and names selected by the site owner, lead-time settings, and technical runtime state needed to apply those settings. The site owner can create, edit, disable, and delete item rules in the app dashboard.
The dashboard reads Wix Restaurants menu items to let the site owner select an item and check whether a saved item still exists. Wix requires a broad Restaurants permission for this API. Order Ahead Rules uses that permission to read menu-item information; it does not use it to change menus or orders.
Checkout processing
Wix sends the app technical checkout information needed to compare a selected restaurant item with its minimum notice, including catalog-item references and fulfillment timing. The checkout validator reads a signed copy of the site owner's effective rules. It does not call Wix billing or Restaurants APIs during checkout.
Order Ahead Rules is designed not to store shopper names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, payment details, or full checkout payloads in its app data. The app does not use checkout information for advertising or sell consumer data.
Hosting, billing, and logs
App configuration and runtime state are held in Wix-managed infrastructure. Wix also handles app-plan billing and payment processing. RenewalHub SA does not collect shoppers' card details through Order Ahead Rules. Wix's own terms and privacy practices apply to processing Wix performs on its platform.
Technical logs may record operation names, error codes, timing, and limited identifiers needed to diagnose reliability or security problems. They are not intended to contain shopper contact details, payment details, or full checkout payloads.
Retention and deletion
Saved rules remain available while the app is installed unless the site owner changes or deletes them. A plan downgrade can leave extra saved rules inactive so they can become effective again if Pro is restored. Uninstalling stops the app's active operation. Wix platform behavior governs whether and when Wix-managed app data is deleted after uninstall; we do not promise immediate deletion or maintain a separate external copy of the rule database.
Security
The app uses Wix access controls and backend-only integrity protection for its checkout rule state. Wix-hosted transport and storage provide encryption. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes
We may update this policy as the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revised version is published.
