These Terms govern use of the Order Ahead Rules Wix app provided by RenewalHub SA. By installing or using the app, the Wix site owner agrees to these Terms and applicable Wix terms.
Service
Order Ahead Rules lets a Wix Restaurants Orders (New) site owner set minimum advance-order notice for selected menu items. When Wix provides a supported fulfillment time and the app can verify its current rules, a checkout containing a matching item can be blocked until the customer chooses a later pickup or delivery time. Where multiple rules match, the longest notice controls.
Site-owner responsibilities
The site owner remains responsible for menu accuracy, preparation capacity, business hours, fulfillment promises, customer communication, food and service compliance, and final orders. Minimum notice is measured from the checkout validation attempt; it does not add Wix's site-wide preparation time. Review the app's rules after menu changes and test the ordering flow for your site.
Plans and billing
The Free plan allows one active item rule. Pro allows additional active rules, subject to ordinary Wix platform and storage limits. The prices and billing periods shown by Wix at purchase govern the subscription. Wix handles app-plan payment, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and applicable taxes under its billing terms.
When Pro entitlement ends, the app keeps saved rules but only the oldest enabled rule remains effective under the Free allowance. Other saved rules can become effective again after a confirmed Pro reactivation. Cancelling auto-renewal may preserve Pro access until the paid period ends, as confirmed by Wix.
Availability and limits
The app depends on Wix checkout, Wix Restaurants data, Wix-hosted storage, and Wix app-plan information. If the app cannot safely verify its runtime rules or Wix sends an unknown fulfillment format, the validator may allow checkout rather than block a customer because of the app's own technical uncertainty. The app is an operational aid, not a guarantee that every order outside a site owner's intended schedule will be blocked.
The app does not change Wix's overall ordering schedule, menu availability, fulfillment operations, or order-processing workflow. It is intended for the Wix Restaurants Orders (New) checkout flow described above.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not tamper with app runtime state, bypass plan limits, misuse Wix APIs, or use the app unlawfully. We may change the service when reasonably necessary for security, Wix platform changes, legal requirements, or product operation. Material changes to these Terms will appear here with a revised effective date.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law and Wix platform availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free rule enforcement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RenewalHub SA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from an order that the app did not block or from a temporary app interruption. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
