What it does
Keep refund requests and approval decisions together instead of relying on scattered messages. RefundLock checks each request against your configured policies and routes it to an approver or the owner. Its controls apply to requests handled inside the app; they do not replace Shopify's native refund permissions.
- Submit order refund requests with Shopify's suggested refund amounts
- Check refund windows, shipping, final-sale tags and owner approval thresholds
- Separate requester and approver roles, with self-approval blocked
- Review pending requests, decisions and an audit history in one place
Availability
Coming soon. Refund issuance remains paused while Shopify permission checks are resolved. The app is not yet available to install.
