- whether you selected Publish page or Publish subtree;
- the status/error text shown by Space Publisher;
- the approximate time of the attempt;
- your Confluence Cloud site URL if you are comfortable sharing it.
Please do not email:
- passwords;
- API tokens;
- recovery codes;
- confidential page contents;
- private attachments.
Expected support scope
Support covers installation, configuration, publishing behavior and reproducible product defects in supported Confluence Cloud environments.
Space Publisher does not provide cross-site synchronization, bidirectional sync, custom workflow design or Confluence migration services.
