Requested scopes
- read:group:confluence — search for and resolve existing groups.
- read:page:confluence — read pages and their assignment properties.
- write:page:confluence — save or remove an assignment.
- read:space:confluence — let a user select a space for the report.
Stored assignment
On an assigned page, the app stores one Confluence content property containing schemaVersion, the canonical Confluence group ID, and a group-name snapshot from assignment time. It does not store the page body, a user or account ID, or a group membership list.
Transient reads and hosting
Report page titles, links, space names and current group names are read for immediate display and are not persisted in an app backend. The app is Forge-hosted, calls Atlassian APIs in user context, and has no external backend, third-party egress, or in-app analytics.
Removing an assignment deletes the app property. Page deletion and app uninstall follow Atlassian platform behavior.
