Select a space
Open Responsible Team report from the Confluence Apps menu, then select the space you want to inspect. The report reads pages through user-context Atlassian APIs, so you see only what your Confluence permissions allow.
Use filters
- All pages shows the fetched batch with its current assignment state.
- Responsible group shows matching pages in the current batch.
- Unassigned shows pages without a Responsible Team in the current batch.
Understand progress
The report reads up to 20 pages per batch. Filters apply to each fetched batch, not to an indexed whole-space result. Choose Next to continue. The progress indicator describes scanned pages in this batch and whether the end of the selected space was reached.
No whole-space assignment total or site-wide scan is claimed.
